Our Messiah said "Father, Forgive them for they know not what they do" He was beaten and died a miseable death and said "Father, forgive them, it took me many years to even grasp those words. The significance is our soul depends on our forgiveness, we can't stand before the Father with bitterness in our hearts. 

Colossians 3:13 "Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as Yahuah forgave us. It's an issue thats not up for debate.

Well, don't be like me. For years, I told myself, Yes, I forgive them, only to go right back within day's of literally hating the people that I thought I had forgave and four months ago tragedy struck me again, this time, it was a devasting tragedy that involved a cheating drunken spouse of 23 years, it cut me to my core, I cried out to Abba Father, "take away this hate" I heard nothing, I kept praying and two of my dear friends in Alabama spoke to me and said "You have to forgive _______, because if you don't Yahuah want forgive you. Please don't be like me forgive them all SET YOURSELF FREE.
